Oasis Moving & Storage

Recently made a local move. Moving crew was very polite and courteous. Office staff was acknowledge and assisted with my every concern and question. I will use Oasis again for all of my moving needs.

Don’t understand why people wrote such bad things. The owner is so sweet and kind. He gave me free boxes and came to do my estimate before my move. This review is real and I moved to Phoenix Az on March 31 2018. I paid $1500 only to move a one bedroom apartment with heavy furniture. Thank you oasis and crew. My furniture arrived yesterday. Only a week even less. I’m college girl on a budget. People haters stop writing mean things. Thank you

DO NOT USE! Worst experience. Over $2,500 in damage in my cross country move. Every box or storage tote I packed was cracked. Items that were bubbled wrapped were even broken. They went through my boxes bc items were moved from one box to another. Was told 1-18 days for delivery, took 5 weeks. Before the delivery truck arrived at my new home I had random people hired off Craigslist knocking on my door to unload the truck!

DON’T USE THESE FRAUDS!! Erez the owner conveniently is never in the office and has multiple messages from me to call me same goes for Marina in accounting. They owe me over $600 I have called everyday since Monday (today is Friday) and have left voicemails and messages with multiple people but nobody will call back or even tell me if they have started the refund process. Just checked my account and it’s still there.

Horrible experience. The only upside was the actual guys who performed the moves each time were nice. Our stuff was picked up on 8/27 from Utah to begin the move to Massachusetts. I was told it would be there within 21 business days, but more likely it would be less. I then found out the 21 business days doesn't even start until they brought our items to their storage facility in Las Vegas. Regardless, the 21 business day window was supposed to be up on 9/29. Still no items. They finally delivered on 10/5, 4 business days PAST the 21 day window. We went through a broker who hired these guys for us and our broker agent Robert called them on 10/5 requesting a partial reimbursement for the delay. He gave me a call and told me the owner of oasis would be calling me to apologize and offer around $160 for the trouble back. No call was ever received. I called multiple times and every time Nicole from customer service just blew me off and said they don't do refunds. Talk about grand customer service. They also lost multiple items including a tv, computer monitor, and our bed frame. As well as every item being broken they packed themselves. Unacceptable service. Stay away.
