Southern Nevada Movers

Military move from California to Colorado. The movers showed up a day early with no warning. Played offensive rap music so loud my neighbors heard it through my own speaker that they didn't ask to use. One guy was packing my stuff with toilet paper hanging out of his nose. Bloody nose? Fine, take a break no problem just don't get blood on my belongings. They broke a picture frame almost immediately. They literally threw my stuff into a box and called it good. We're unpacking right now and we haven't unpacked a single box that there isn't at least one thing broken. Kitchen table? Scratched. Glass coffee table? Broken. These people shouldn't be responsible for packing and moving anyone's belongings. 1 star only because I can't go lower than that

NEVER EVER use this buisiness ESPECIALLY if you are Military affiliated. I wish I could say they were just unprofessional and rude but thats not the worsr of it. The Manger David needs to be criminally investigated. I have made several calls to the owner and not once recieved a call back. I have been verbally attacked by their billing person Elisa and the manger David S. They attempt to make people financially liable for things and belongings while at the same time claim you have no legal right to anything in storage.

Terrible when it comes to scheduling a delivery time a week in advance, don't both. Also, no supervisors on staff Friday-Sunday. Terrible customer service and don't recommend this company at all. My hands are tied since they are contracted with the furniture company. I will be sending my feedback to that company directly as well.
