Have made several moves with U-Pack and each one has been excellent. Beginning with U-Pack's help in determining the amount of space needed, their information on the best way to load, placing the order, great contact with each dispatch center, spot-on delivery and pick up times. I can't say enough great things about this company. Best of all, by following their suggestions on how to pack and load, all of my shipments have arrived in perfect condition.

Very happy with U-Pack. I used them to move from the Seattle area to Vegas. Then had storage for a month or so. I believe only 1 thing broke and that was due to how my family packed things inside of it. Best to pack low and even! They were accommodating when it came time for me to start emptying my moving cube. And I certainly saved a lot of time plus didn't have to drive a moving truck alone with my 6yr old.

Everything was smooth as could be. Hire U-Pack and then Hire movers to load your truck and you save about $2000 over all the other moving companies. All the drivers were incredibly kind and helpful. The move was fast. They got it to me across the country in a week and always showed up on time

Great U-Pack experience. Got a quote and booked online with no hassle. 28' trailer arrived at my house on time. Had the trailer for three days, packed it ourselves, and shipped it off. Arrived at destination several days early and I had plenty of time to unpack. Everyone on both ends (Vegas and Cleveland) was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
