U-Haul Moving & Storage at West Craig Rd

Came here to purchase packing materials and this location had everything I needed at reasonable prices. Damien was very professional and always willing to help.

I couldn't get mobile chk in to work at the North 5th uhaul so they sent me here. Allen took really good care of me in a very expedited way. Then Domenic sp? Chked my truck out for me I was on my way. I couldn't be more pleased !!!!! Thanx

I was in and out in no time, both picking up and dropping off. Lots of trucks to choose from. And nice size supply store.

I went to the location on Craig near Buffalo Wild Wings to pay a bill from the other location/StorageOne location because that location does not take cash. Joshua, the employee that greeted me( I guess that's what you can call it) seemed agitated that I took him away from whatever he was doing on his phone. I simply handed him the invoice from the other location, stated that I was sent to them because the other location does not take cash. He seemed puzzled and kept looking at the paper like it was foreign. After a few minutes and me stating again that I wanted to pay with cash but they aren't able to take cash down the street, Joshua says "Looks to me like someone was too lazy to open their register". Really? One, you clearly were not paying attention to what I was saying and two, maybe the location I was at isn't only "Uhaul" but it's still an affiliation. Not a good practice to put down other company associates.

The facility is awesome they got me my truck In and out got my stuff move drop it off at another location they're fast efficient a little bit pricey I got my job accomplished in a timely fashion easy fast convenient that's what I look for
