Moved from Las Vegas NV to Southern Oregon. They picked up my items mid march. They delivered fast and prompt. All items were protected and some. They put items wherever I wanted, unwrapped, and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely would recommend these guys and use them again. The two guys were super professional and kept telling me they will do all the moving and I can relax. Awesome crew.

I only gave it 1 star because Google won’t accept zero stars. Worst experience moving. Long story short, my sister arranged for movers in December for moving for a Saturday (today) move, Sunday was only in case of bad weather. She flew to Utah for the scheduled time, the foreman, Virgil, tried to change the date to Friday instead of Saturday. She couldn’t change the date due to travel and having access to the house. So they confirmed Saturday 8a-11a on Friday (yesterday). On Saturday (today), once the 8a-11a window expired, she called asking where they were, and Virgil cancelled on her for the entire weekend and offered next week. She doesn’t live in Utah and flew in, arranged for childcare out of state, hotel, etc for this specific weekend that was SCHEDULED IN DECEMBER. When she asked why, Virgil insisted it was because of the guys not having papers to get on base. They knew it was on base since this was booked in December. I got involved because my sister is alone in Utah and needs all her energy and focus to get her stuff out of there. I called Nikki (who has been so kind to my sister and answered all the questions she’s had) and further explained why this was so bad on their part. She gave me Virgil’s phone number and said she would call him. I was just about to call Virgil when he called me. I explained how terrible this is, how hard this time is right now (all things they already knew since December), and that this is the only window she has access to move her things. He kept repeating, “yes I understand. What about Tuesday?” After asking if they had anyone in town to go and pack her things, as was agreed upon contractually in December, he said no. The crew and truck had ALREADY LEFT UTAH!!!!! So I asked why he confirmed yesterday for today when the truck is already gone? He mumbled that it was unforeseen problems. ?????
So here it is and not only is she out $3K for this weekend, plus the 20% she’s paid them to move her, plus lost wages, and now she is scrambling to find someone to help her this weekend because it was the ONLY time she had access, and not to mention the emotional trauma of all of this. United knew about the situation when it was booked IN DECEMBER and that it's a hard time. Nikki, in sales, is sweet and worked her butt off to try and find a solution, but this logistical nightmare has now made my sister's life all the more difficult. They have no one they can send to pack her things today after committing to do it since December. This has been the worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, friend or foe. Poor customer relations, terrible logistical coordination, and most of all, just unkindness to someone who really doesn’t need it at this point in their life. I’m really disappointed and not in Utah otherwise I’d be over there packing it up for her. Can’t even get a flight today to get there; yes I checked.

Worst experience. Do not use this company.
Move out: late arrival. When they did arrive, had wrong size truck so two or the three guys left for hours “to go pick up another truck”. They ran out of tape and sent me to the store to get more. Ran out of room packing, so put my mattresses and box spring on loading platform and secured for drive to Vegas where everything is off loaded and then re- loaded onto 18 wheeler which will make multiple deliveries on its run. Upcharged me substantially.
Delivery took two weeks. I was quoted 5-8 days. Arrived an hour late on day of delivery. It turns out, driver advertises locally on things like Craig’s List do workers are not experienced. One of mine told me it was the first time he had ever unloaded furniture. Broken items (marble buffet top, glass table top etc), damage to walls and doors, left furniture in garage saying “won’t fit”, boxes marked fragile left upside down.
Driver screamed at a worker that he was going to get an axe and “kill all of you”. I was terrified. Literally.
Bottom line in my opinion: they have all your stuff and don’t care about you or your belongings one bit. Horrible customer service.

Even though my price went up a little bit the movers explained why and were very thorough and detailed. The sales staff was kind and answered all my questions I would definitely use them again for my next move.
