Very helpful I needed a car dolly and a hitch they set me up nicely and then came out when I returned it and unhooked it I am very grateful for them

This dealer is attached to a temperature controlled storage facility. That said, my family had a 4 hour delay while en route to Tennessee due to their truck breaking down.

There was an accident while loading a trailer i rented at this location. The young red headed lady in the office attached the trailer to my car, but when I put the car to be hauled on the trailer it came off the tow ball and hit the back of my car. According to the insurance adjuster, the young gal said she was inside when the trailer was loaded and the accident happened,  so they couldn't pay the claim.  Someone is lying and it's not me.
