U-Haul of Elysian Field

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life. They charged me three times for my rental and refused to give the money back until they figured out how they did it. I fought with them for almost a week and in the end they still ended up ripping me off. The chain of command all the way up is terrible. Go with another moving company, literally any moving company. Your distant cousin’s van that’s used to ship cocaine would be a better bet than these guys.

Me and my boyfriend are moving from Tenesse to California and it was our first time getting a uhaul trailer. From when we first walked in the staff were wonderfully friendly. We needed a ball hitch installed because we didn't have one and they guys here efficiently helped us with it. The process was smooth and painless, they gave us a lot of positive advice and helpful tips. Wonderful experience!
