Well we recently moved. Upon landing at our new home we noticed we had been double charged for our rental. We were given the area sales manager "Pats" number who forwards all his calls and never returns any calls back. I don't leave reviews on anything. But If we could rate this service a 0 I would.

My business transaction here was exceptional! From setting up online, picking up the Uhaul, verifying information, deciding on insurance, and returning the Uhaul, we received the utmost customer service care and assistance. They were clear, concise, and professional! Everything that was promised took place. There was no hidden fees or trickery. May the God up above bless this place and the prosperity of their business for dealing with their customers fairly and properly!

The staff was mindful of my needs. I'm not 16 anymore. Lily asked if I would need a loading ramp. She didn't insist, she just asked. If she hadn't brought that up, I wouldn't have slept right for a week from the muscles I would've pulled, lol - Like I said, not 16 anymore. No BS. Worked out
