Thank you!!!!! We had a truck rental with Budget and the business we were supposed to pick up from was closed!!! When we called they couldn't do anything about it...whole different rant. But we went over to this location and Bryan was able to get us in a truck in minutes with a discount for our rough morning. Awesome costumer service!!

I rented a u haul, customer service was great but when I returned the truck my card was accessed a cleaning fee of $33.95 which I think that is just robbery because I swept the truck out and was charged for a utility dolly I ordered but never received. I made them aware that it wasn't in the truck but I still wasn't refunded the $10 I was charged. When I called the general manager stated all trucks that was returned that particular day was dirty which makes me believe that was a lie because my truck wasn't returned dirty. Rule of thumb they should do a walk around with the customer upon returning vehicles to avoid discrepancies. I am highly disappointed and upset because I feel like I was robbed unjustly for the very minimal amount of money but it was my money.

rented a truck for a move and returned the truck with 3/4 & 5/8th of a gallon instead of 3/4 and 7/8th of a gallon of gas and received a $56 charge. This is completely ridiculous given the fact that you cant even tell an 1/8 on a fuel gauge anyway. I will never use them again.
