U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The rudest people ever. I will never be renting from this crappy place again. I was accused of nearly hitting a van as I returned the 26 foot truck I'd been driving for almost 3 days. Thankfully I never hit anything but this jerk here told me, "I closed my eyes because I thought you were taking the front off of that van!" I didn't hit it, or anything for that matter, so why be rude to a paying customer? I was simply trying to park their truck conveniently for them, at the door! GO TO A CORPORATE STORE, NOT A UHAUL RENTAL PLACE / GREENHOUSE! Only decent person around here was the older gentleman driving a fork truck, moving pumpkin boxes. He was great but he wasn't the uhaul guy.

My company was using this place anytime we needed to take a custom built machine to the powder coater they always call atleast once asking when your bringing it back which fine whatever but this last time if I say roughly 24 hours and rent it at 4 then it will be roughly 4 or 5 next day they called 4 times I was in a meeting couldn't answer my phone so they leave me a voicemail saying it's rented back out at 415 so they need it back asap it's not our company's problem you rented a uhaul you don't even have if we're renting something and paying for it we're going to use it for the full time we said we were going to we didn't lie and say oh we only need it for a couple hours and then just keep it so anyone thinking about renting here if your not absolutely sure down to the minute on how long you need it just go to one of the bigger uhaul places
