The man that runs this Uhaul station is incompetent and lacking in interpersonal tact. The manager does not seem to possess a lot of the actual knowledge required to process a uhaul rental on the computer. Furthermore, while in line, he attended to 3 other customers before my family and I. He had the effrontery to tell us that it was more profitable to him to process other requests before rentals because those are corporately handled. The staff was unapologetic; all I will say is that this is not one of those "pleasant" moving needs and time was an important factor. Advice for the public: Go to literally any other uhaul location, you may be able to salvage hours out of your day.

Take photos or be there when you turn the vehicle in or they'll hit you with fuel charges. I fueled a little over where it was at when I rented and got hit with 2 gallon fee. Crooks.... I'll never rent from here again!
