U-Haul of Lynhurst

Rented a box truck here before with no complaints. However this most recent rental I got all the way to my apartment had stuff ready to load. when I raised the door I found that the truck was never cleaned. There were many flat nasty boxes, used fake finger nails, and lots of dead bugs and droppings. I drove all the way back to this location and let them know. all I got was a weird look and "oh sorry about that", honestly they didn't seem too concerned about it they just got me a new truck after a while of waiting. I wasted at least 2 hours of my moving day because of this. I won't be returning in the future if I can help it. I've never had issues with uhaul before but this experience was terrible to say the least.

Pick up of my rental truck was great...three employees and no customers inside...breeze Went to return the truck...11 people in line with one employee on the entire property...handling reservations,moving trucks, etc etc...might need to schedule employees better but I'd use them again.

Very quick drop off service. Devon was very polite.

Nonexistent customer service. Phone is answered by service in Arizona who has no idea what's going on in the store. Then they lie to try and cover it up.

Easy to get my truck and to return it. Truck was clean and ready to go.
