Got a trailer hitch installed along with wiring and everything else. Took less than an hour. Staff were helpful with answering any questions I had.

GHETTO! The fat girl Tia is very rude,unfriendly and despicable. Not sure how she got the job but she needs to be fired! The old fella is a bit slow...waited an hour before I could get my rental truck. Fyi additiona taxes unexplaned fees that adds up! I prefer Penske!!!

Brian and Maria just helped me with installing a trailer hitch over the phone and they were very helpful, knowledgable, and courteous. I am heading out there now to pay for my special order hitch.  UHaul has already installed a hitch for me on my recent model CRV and they did a very professional job!  I can now attach my bicycle rack to the hitch with confidence and ease.  Thank you so much!

This Very Rude Guy Kenneth Crawford is very disrespectful asking for 3 forms on identification which u only need 2 not 3 identification when paying I ask for his boss the guy told me he don't care he not putting nobody on the phone told me go somewhere else F -
