U-Haul Moving & Storage at Mendenhall

I put my order in online, I got an email confirmation and then they switched my location.This is because the place I chose would be closed on Sunday, but online it said I could still use the location. I would just have to use the app when arriving. I got a call shortly after putting in my order and they left a voicemail to call them back. They had switched my location and the lady on the phone acted like it was what I had originally chose. It was an additional 25 miles out of my way, which would cost more in tome and mileage, therefore more money. I asked her to change it and she said she couldn't, so I asked her to cancel it and she hung up on me. I checked online and it was still active. I don't recommend uhaul and never will attempt to deal with them again. Don't do it unless you like surprises.

I will rent from them every time. They may not have made me happy the last time I was there. But overall theyre very good.

Whene Ever ive used this place the customer service oa good but theyre really slow. If youre in a rush this isnt the place to go

One of the women who helped me check out my rental told me to download the app to return after hours. Well I'd downloaded the app and tried the website however both are extremely flawed which made checking in after hours a long drawn out frustrating process. I wish the website was better and the employees were more knowledgeable.
