U-Haul Moving & Storage of Millington

TERRIBLE service!!!!! If I could rate zero stars, I would. Called nearly two weeks in advance to reserve a storage unit, received a confirmation number and email confirming the reservation. Upon arrival to this facility, I was told there was no reservation for me although I had a confirmation email and number stating that there was. Employee was extremely unhelpful and we ultimately had to go to another location. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this location!

Ridiculous! Called ahead to reserve a unit because we were in a time crunch. All information was given over the phone. Show up only to find out that the 1st floor unit we were promised is unlocked, but has junk in it piled to the ceiling. Then the entire transaction was messed up. Ended up with a 2nd floor unit on the opposite side. Then the employee comes back to inform us that he messed up the transaction again. Then I go back in to get the paperwork and be 3rd priority. What should have taken 15 minutes, turned into over an hour long process

These other customers must have not had the experience I just had with the 1 guy sitting behind the counter today at 1:30 pm. Did not feel I was being shown any common courtesy and respect. Only got short answers and a waste of my time. I would advise anyone, not to stop here.

I called two days in advance to have my UBox ready for pick up, in addition to the online reservation made a month prior; however when I arrived the box still wasn't ready and I waited an hour and 12 minutes before the associate completed my request. He was very polite but the service was just too slow especially since I gave ample warning.

We could have went anywhere, but I'm glad we came here. Great experience
