U-Like Asian Buffet

Got there at 11 when they opened, walked in and lights were all off on the buffet and the restaurant. No steam was coming off the buffet (bad sign). I attempted to get some soup and the handle was filthy and sticky, so I asked for a clean spoon. I put some food on my plate and attempted to eat it and it was barely warm!! I spoke to the manager about it and her response was "the tables take 20 minutes to get hot" and my reply to her was "so I'm supposed to come in 20 minutes after you open?" I couldn't bring myself to eating anything else for fear of food poisoning since nothing was "hot". I asked the manager for my check and told her I was very unhappy about the dirty spoon and the temperature of the food. She said "next time come later, not right when we open". She told me I didn't have to pay and I left. I cannot believe I was told to not come in right at 11 when they opened, really!!!! I will NEVER go back to this place again

Unfortunately this place has been heading straight down hill for some time. At our last trip (this weekend) the food was a complete disappointment. Everything that was "fried" was under cooked and gummy. The hot dishes on the buffet were very picked over and hardly warm. The selection was small and there were many empty trays. I would give it one star if they didn't offer mongolian/hibachi grill. That is usually the best part. This trip even the choices for that were slim. They never refilled the beef, they literally had 5 cabbage leaves, there was no onions and the chicken was frozen solid. Service was absent. $26 for two adults without drinks. Kids 10 and under are $6.00 each. Bummer all the way around.

On a Saturday night the food looks and taste like the week's leftover. The food was dry and had an off taste. I'm an Asian American and I've never had this low quality of food before. The entrees were either lacking in moisture or were too oily. Save yourself from possible food poisoning and 12 dollars. They do have a sushi bar but I would advise not going near it within a 12ft radius. The positive is that the fruits ans desert were reasonably fresh. Not vegan friendly.

Came in to have a nice dinner after working all day and I have never had this bad of food from them before. . Am I writing this I'm in the restaurant ...everything thing me and my mother got was COLD.. other then her soup.... It's so cold I can't finish any more and I have only had 3 bits...... We come here a lot and this is the worst we have had for food and we will NOT BE BACK..... So sorry this place has gone down hill

This place has gone downhill. I've given it like 4 tries . But the food is never constant. if you go at the wrong time of the day, you can end up eating food left from lunch. I wish it was better.
