I visited the Salon at Ulta in Knollwood mall for a full highlight. Hannah did such a good job and was very nice and knowledgeable. I will be back for future foils and haircuts. Marissa is great at cutting hair and is also very knowledgeable .

I noticed the ignorant employees only greet and help the white people. The store was super empty with me my friend and like 2 white ladies. The employees here are shady ass hell. They only asked the white ladies for help but totally ignored us. None of them even made eye contact to me or acknowledge us there. I even witnessed A black lady came in and NONE of the employees even offered to help her. Do not go here unless you want to be ignored. The staff there including whoever was the manager there are super shady.

Place is conveniently located at knollwood shoppes. I love going hete to shop for higher end make up as it's so easy to park and walk in rather than going to a Sephora inside a mall. Ulta also has a great return policy as well as you collect points with every purchase that you could redeem later at your choice without restrictions.

I've been at this location twice now, employees at the registers are so rude, they needed all the unnecessary information to do a small return, she was throwing things, rolling her eyes, I mean if you hate your job this much go clean toilets, people like you guys should only deserve to face with toilets not customers. Thank god for Sephora!! amazing customers services, they care, they are professional, have great knowledge about their products, nothing like ulta. Never ever going to shop at any ulta locations.

I've gone to this location a few times, but the past two times I have not had good experiences, most recently, I was with my mom because she wanted new concealer , she really liked my tarte shape tape concealer and wanted to get that one but was unsure of which shade to get, the lady who "tried" to help straight up told my mom that tarte was "for girls in their twenties and she would be better off with Estee lauder," I could not believe how rude and ageist the worker was. My mom isn'5 even that old! I told my mom that she would not like the Estée Lauder concealer the lady was trying to sell her, because it was all the things she was not looking for. We left and my mom ordered the concealer online from Tarte. I suggest going to a different location.
