ACCOLADES SALON SPA

I have been going to Accolades since November 2017. The stylist I had for the previous 12 years died unexpectedly, so when I went to Accolades for the first time I was skeptical. I have only positive things to say and feel so fortunate to find you and, my stylist Josey who is the best. My services, cut, color and pedicure have been beyond my expectations. All staff have been very kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Accolades. Thank you.

I never write reviews, but I have to for this place. I usually don’t treat myself to much except for an occasional shopping day at Goodwill for something I need. So this was a big deal for me and I’m amazed. I decided to get a facial. The products felt amazing, the gal (G- just for personal information sake)took care of me during my whole experience, and yes the products are expensive, but they’re worth it, and they have real, fantastic results. I remember coming in a while ago and remembering how everything felt amazing then. And they still are amazing. Awesome, awesome place. I’m so excited to come back.

Linnea did a full foil and cut with me yesterday, and it's nothing short of awesome. I hadn't been able to visit for several months for a multitude of reasons. Needless to say, I was in definite need of refresh. Linnea suggested changes in my cut and style which would require less maintenance. So, if I couldn't visit as frequently as I would like, my cut and color would transition into a longer term style that could handle the wait. I rolled with Linnea's suggestions and the end result did not disappoint. I hope to be able to visit more frequently in the future, but I'm comforted the folks at Accolades do their best to listen and understand the needs of their clients. Dignity and respect are the order of the day. Give them a try.

The only salon I really feel comfortable going to! I have gotten haircuts, color treatments (first time yesterday), facials, and mani-pedis here and have great experiences and results every time. I trust that I won’t ever walk out feeling embarrassed about how I look. Yesterday I got my hair cut for the first time in over a year and decided to give a tinted gloss a try. I don’t ever color my hair so this was a big deal for me. I was pretty nervous because I have naturally two-toned hair that is essentially white on the top. I didn’t want anything too subtle but I also wanted it to be noticeable/worth the time and money. Alicia was my stylist for both the cut and color and I was so pleasantly surprised with the results! I am glad I trusted her with the color treatment!

Got my hair cut today with Josy and I’m so thrilled with the result! Unfortunately I had to come in because of a botched haircut and quasi-bang situation that happened last week at another salon. Accolades was totally different! Josy was so reassuring, did a thoughtful consultation with me, looked at all the pictures I brought and answered all of my questions (I tend to ask a lot). I felt like our communication was great and she understood exactly what I was going for. She made a plan with me to come back soon and improve the haircut even further after some of the bad layering (from the other salon) grows out. She even talked about styling with me and did some verbal troubleshooting about how I usually style my hair, and recommended a nice brush to me that they sell in the salon and taught me about types of hairbrushes too. I got a mini facial from her too and that was so nice, and I was so happy to hear that the products they use in the salon are more natural with minimal ingredients. Everything she used on me felt, looked and smelled great. Plus, they make great coffee there! :) I really can’t compliment Josy enough, she totally saved me! I will definitely be back and I’ll probably drag my boyfriend in with me to get his hair cut next time too, lol.
