I went in for my first visit to this location's Salon, previously visiting just for shopping a few times since moving to MN. Kayla was my stylist and gave me a great cut and blowout, and brow wax was on point! She was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me with advice in areas I needed some. Definitely will be booking my future appts with her!

Great location! Customer Service needs a lot of work!! 2 people have been amazing in all the times I have been in there. I wish I could remember their names. 1 was 1 was working on the floor in the It Cosmetics area and another was behind the counter that checked me out. I will drive to the Coon Rapids location from now on. Went there last week and they were all very friendly and helpful.

Love that if I end up hating something I can return it. It doesn't happen often cause staff is always helpful but I do love to try the newest mascaras and sometimes they just don't meet the hype. Also the struggle of finding a great foundation for price am I right?

I’m new to wearing concealer and I want to find the right color using Nars. The assistant there didn’t match my color correctly at all. I just feel like if your going to help find me the right products be educated on all different skin colors. I ended up not buying what I wanted

They deserve a zero. We walk around the store twice and no one offered to help. We had to stalk down one of the employee to get some sort of help. Not only does it look dead, this store does not stock on anything. So if you're suppose to get a free gift good luck because they don't have none. Bring your business elsewhere, Sephora in the mall has at least better coverage and items a few dollars cheaper.
