I shop here often and make returns *almost* as often and it's always quick, easy and reps are usually friendly. (Except for one, but she's easily avoided 😅)

Salon is the best I've ever been to. They listen, create a great atmosphere, and gave me my dream color! My stylist (Lori) did what was best for me, not how much money they could make. I'll always be back!

I noticed a lipstick had been opened and tampered with so I took it to an employee who rudely proceeded to deny what I was telling her.  I just pointed out that it had been opened and obviously used and the employee kept saying that it was not and stared me down the rest of my time in the store.  Just trying to save Ulta another lawsuit for selling damaged product.
