I needed to get my passport and the staff was extremely friendly! I worked with Mike who was absolutely amazing! Very personable and has amazing customer service! I was able to get in and out just like that!

There automated system sucks. In the last year out of 17 packages delivered only 6 have been delivered on time. They have lost 2 packages and still have not been delivered.

I needed to get a passport renewal today and I knew I needed to give myself plenty of time because I knew it would probably take a bit. However, while I was waiting in line, the workers were ridiculously chatty with the people that they were helping and not really in much of a hurry to help the other people in line, which was frustrating. I understand wanting to provide good customer service, but at one point they were just making small talk that had nothing to do with passports or mail services and there were several people waiting in line to be helped. I waited in line for about an hour or so, and when it was finally my turn they told me that they couldn't renew my passport because their camera had broken down and that I would have to leave and get my passport photo elsewhere and then come back and wait in line again. I was not rude to the workers, but I decided that I would not be back.

Totally impossible to get a simple question answered when you call it's an automated system. Totally lacking in customer service.

An hour wait on the phone and still no one has answered my call, this place is ridiculous!
