I had a order being shipped by them and they didn't deliver because I had the "wrong" address. So instead of holding it and letting me pick it up they shipped it back to the sender. After that I received 0 updates about the purchase I spent my money on. I couldn't track it and when I called after being on hold for at least a hour and a half they tell me they can't find it and I need to contact the sender. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND I HOPE NOTHING I ORDER EVER IS SHIPPED BY THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

Horrible attitudes from the staff and management. I witnessed them laughing and mocking customers. One of the clerks tried to charge me for tape that EVERYONE was using. I asked for the manager and the clerk got an attitude and made me switch registers. Who does that? An older lady (clerk) and a guy with dreadlocks (clerk) were very helpful. The other front desk staff (02/05/18) = An unprofessional mess. Will never frequnt this post office again.

This last year the carriers have been THE WORST! •Cramming mail into the boxes so everything is crumpled or dented up. •Not paying attention to names and consistently putting the wrong mail in the wrong boxes. •Not taking the outgoing mail from the top of the boxes. •Nasty attitudes - carrier actually called me a "Bit*h" and told me it wasn't her problem about not getting my packages on time, yesterday. I'm pretty sure that's NOT ok to do. I know if I did that to a customer at my job, I'd be fired. •And my biggest issue... Not even ATTEMPTING to deliver packages, and automatically putting a "Sorry we missed you, package is at the office" slip in the box. The reason this is an issue is because I pay to have things delivered at certain times and because our mail runs SO LATE, often the office is closed by the time the mail is getting delivered, so I can't even get my packages until the next day. Or my favorite is when they leave the slip saying it's in the office, but no... no it's not, because it's still on the freaking truck. Ugh, seriously they are the worst!!

I have scheduled a package pick up twice and they never came to get the packages. Both days they marked the packages as picked up the morning of the next day even though no one came to pick up the packages. Sooooo Lazy and unreliable. Only the government could run a business like this and still stay in business. I tried to call and complain and gave up after being on hold for 50 minutes. I would give them zero stars if the site would let me.

The post is usually very busy so it's good to do YOUR RESEARCH prior to going. I always see clerks explaining (at long length) procedures and forms. As far as being friendly... it's the post! They are doing a job and they don't need to be your best friend.
