BE AWARE! Horrible Experience! I was in a hurry to ship a mail envelope oversea to Australia with USPS Global Express Guaranteed within 1-3 business for $96.75 on 04/17 but USPS said it would not get there UNTIL 04/23 - What? 5 Days. What's more? I decided to come back FEW hours later same day and they said it rescheduled to 04/24! I was so frustrated when I figure out that I can get it delivered on 04/23 no matter WHICHEVER day if I ship it within this week even CHEAPER with FedEx International Priority for ONLY $73.72! That's not right USPS! Stop overcharging your customers like that!

Ill drive to pitsboro even to avoid brownsburgs PO. I have a business that relies on next day shipping and before noon the next day. Everyone but USPS can offer it at anytime. USPS changes their prices and times like the stock market so I just said FORGET IT. When things are shipped to me I tell the shipper to have it held at the PO because I'll never get it if so. PS. The staff is 50/50 when it comes to rudeness to the point I laugh at them and just do whatever until I get my package. If you're a pain in my ass, I'm gonna be a pain in your ass.

Mailed my wedding invitations March 5th from my post office in Fortville IN. My fiancé’s side of the family all live in brownsburg and as of March 22 none of them have received invitations. All other invitations, including ones sent to CO, NY, and PA were received within 7 days and I’ve already recieved the rsvp. Where the hell is my mail at?!

Great delivery driver in Lake Ridge. So nice and will pick up packages at your door. Also there’s a 24 hour kiosk

Multiple packages shipped on at least a weekly basis & have received no less than Excellent Service from the clerks at the front desks!😊
