One of the worst USPS locations in central Indiana. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are never consistent. I get mail on time, and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I don't get it at all. Sometimes they're helpful and willing to see what they can do to help. Mostly, there arrogant, ignorant, underpaid, underqualified, and do not give a god damn about you or what you have going on. Very inconsiderate!! I always ship my stuff through other carriers.

Delivery driver refuses to deliver authorization signature packages to my residents even though I paid for expedited shipping and im home every day. Instead, leaves notices in my mailbox forcing me to drive all the way to the post office. I asked to speak with a supervisor after the 4th time. I was told I would get a phone call. Instead, I was blown off and never received a call. Now, it has become more and more frequent. #Sad

Absolutely no consistency or reliability with delivering mail. Sometimes they deliver in the late morning sometimes they deliver around 8 o’clock at night. Sometimes they don’t deliver the mail at all. Beyond frustrating.

Great customer service, even when overwhelmingly busy. Not a huge fan of the self serve machine in the hallways to weigh packages. Mine ALWAYS get returned to me request additional postage due to send, causing my packages to be delayed in delivered. But good for buying stamps. Maybe the scale needs checked, idk.

The mail person takes her sweet time and doesn't get out of her van to deliver a package instead she's just sitting in her van and it takes a long time for my package to be delivered.
