Mail does not get delivered. FSSA letters lost and caused an elderly person to loose medicaid assistance and a cut in social security. If denial letter would have been delivered it would not have been cut off. no appeal process available. Original letter was 2 weeks late from the notice I received at my home. So if your missing mail this branch is apparently holding mail and not delivering it in timely matter. You held important medical information that did not get delivered from the Family Social Services department. You should be fined. you have caused due to lack of delivery and timely delivery from a state agency.

5/7/18 This "informed tracking delivery" is what I consider a "Catch and Kill". The package was scanned as "delivered in or at mailbox @ 5:27pm" but there was NO package! This was a GRADUATION GIFT. My head is spinning in disgust! #Call4Action

This is the worst Post Office ever. I've ordered expensive things from online and I've never receive them. The mailman delivers to the wrong address ALL THE TIME! Whenever I place mail on hold they never hold it. When you call up there they will place you on hold for a long time then will eventually hang up on you, when calling back they never answer. The customer service is horrible, those old bags sit there and gossip instead of helping people. They have bad attitudes, they don't know how to turn their old ass faces into a smile and they're just rude no matter how nice you are to them. The manager Sheldon or Shelton whoever sucks also.He great at acting concerned but never solves anything. I'm looking forward to moving just so I wouldn't have to deal with Lawrence post office.

Worse customer service ever! I wonder if anyone reads those reviews anyway. Seems NOT. Because this post office branch has just little over 1 star raiding and nothing is done to get it better. Everyone (besides VERY few) don't care about customers and management.... what management? Someone should look at this branch very closely needs a lot of improvement in service, training how to do their job and management that is there to manage not just to collect paycheck!

We are a business that in the last few months continue to get everyone else’s mail but NOT our own which tells me that all of our mail is going to someone else. This post office is costing us money daily from the time spent on the phone to our payors trying to locate bills and payments. They didn’t deliver our mail on Saturday 4 times. I’ve complained to the manager multiple times but get no where!!!! Someone needs to get it together quickly
