The customer service at this location is non-existent. I am disgusted with how I was treated when trying to mail 12 small packages to friends for Valentine's Day. I arrived 45 minutes before closing and no one was in line behind me when I stepped up to the counter. I told her I had packages I needed to mail and, very curtly, she asked if they were ready to go. I stated that they needed stamps and asked if they had the new Rifle Paper Co. "love" stamps in stock and she scoffed and said "I'm not doing that. I don't have time to put stamps on those" (which I never asked her to...) I then said I would be more than happy to place them on there myself if she could just tell me how many I needed for each. She rolled her eyes and very rudely asked "WELL DO YOU HAVE A PIECED OF PAPER BECAUSE WE'RE CLOSING AND I DON'T HAVE ALL DAY AND THERE'S A LINE BEHIND YOU AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!" (there were two people behind me who would have been helped once she quickly weighed the packages). I looked at her and started to ask if she had a scrap piece of paper when she started yelling again saying that she didn't have time and she was the only one and there's a line. I was so astonished by how I was being treated I just picked up my packages and said I would go to another post office to get help since she was refusing to help me. As I walked away, she made a very rude comment to the effect of "Yep, good luck." I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. Her job is to assist those who would like to send mail or packages. I was up-front in saying that I would place the stamps on my own, each package just needed weighed (which she had to do anyway!). She refused and was unbelievably rude. I see other reviews with similar stories and cannot believe they allow their employees to behave this way. I now have to wait until Monday and take more time out of my week to mail these packages, and they will most likely now be late. I would not recommend this location to anyone hoping to accomplish their task or be treated like a human being. I will be calling the location on Monday and asking for action to be taken. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

The women that work here are VERY RUDE! I have been taking my mail here for 2 years. They are snotty, don't want to do their job, rude, and have terrible attitudes towards customers. I really try to avoid going here at all costs, because every interaction I've had with these women since the day I moved to this side of town has been terrible. They are not only rude to me, but also to my husband. He hates taking mail in for me. They sit on a chair, and expect us to put multiple packages on the counter so they don't have to get off of their butts to get them from the mail drop. I have a HUGE problem with this, as my items are not secure from the people who are walking in, and sometimes there is a line out the door. I should not be expected to leave my mail in an unsecured location so that they don't have to do their complete jobs. I am sorry that these lazy employees have to actually get up and do their jobs. I see from the multiple reviews here on Google that my husband and I are not the only ones who have problems with the attitudes of these workers.

Why should I always be put on hold for 50 mins to just get hung up on.? The workers are very rude unkind and hateful. I have been trying to call for days now about a package they never delivered to me... Now I can't even get a live PERSON on the phone. Get a life your working for a pay check not to be sitting on your ass. Disgrace to the united states post office.

This review has been a long time coming. Every time I go into this location to get help, the women that are in the store are the most unhelpful, unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. It makes me embarrassed to be a United States citizen and have to pay money to this type of Postal Service who does not even critique nor try to improve their employees. Employees that should be proud to be titled under the USPS. I wish that the ladies in this office would be fired. A monkey could run circles around these garbage employees. I wish that the USPS manager or owner of this location would understand that he is losing the money of hard working American customers. Customers that will use other mail services. I will tell every person I know to avoid this location because of the current employees (08/12/2017)and their lack of commitment to customer service, and America. This place is a joke!! Never go in here!!! The ladies are unhelpful, lazy, unprofessional. They talk and gossip behind the counter while you wait and make you run around other locations because they're too lazy. I hope no one ever goes in here again so they can talk all day without interruptions until they are unemployed and milking the US Government in the unemployment line, similar to how they have been behind that counter. I pray the owner of this location sends me an email so I can let him know where he is wasting his money. The women in this location should be terminated.

Went there today for my first time to ship out a package, did not know how it worked or what to do. Showed up and a lady named Cat was at the desk, she was EXTREMELY rude, she made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid, and at one point when i was struggling she was standing there laughing at me, then once I went to fill out the sheet with the adress she told me to go to the other counter, I asked her if she wanted me to take my box, she gave men a really nasty and mean reply. No way to work customer service!
