Horrible service!!! They can't seem to get my mail taken off hold, and when it is, our lazy carrier does not deliver it half the time! I actually rented a PO Box at Pak Mail so I wouldn't have to deal with these idiots anymore! Try calling to complain... you till be told the hold time is about 20 minutes but you will be sitting on the phone for over an hour and a half. I have has to call twice and this has happened both times.

Usually great service, but a problem on the kiosk. It spit out a page of stamps across the floor, the next 2 pages were fine, but the last page of stamps were stuck up inside the machine. I had to put my arm up inside and pull it out.

Horrible post office. They know there is absolutely nothing we can do, so their behavior will never change. No mail in 2 days, and packages with status of “Out for delivery.” Very rude customer service as well. Frequently have packages that say delivered, but show up a day or two later...never experienced this level incompetence from a post office in the past. But again, there is nothing we can do.

Laziest mail carriers in the entire world, they'll leave your package sit in the post office for at least a couple days before actually delivering it since their carriers might have to remove their fat asses from the seat of their truck to carry a > 5lb package to your door. The post master at this location has several reports of our carrier not doing her job (not knocking, not delivering certified mail, etc) and doesn't do anything, proving they're just as useless as the rest of the staff. Must be nice to work for the government and have 0 consequences for being worthless at your job.

This location has a great and friendly staff! They could often use all 3 desks open to make the wait shorter, but I'm also in favor of keeping costs down - so we have to give a little.
