If you dont want to feel insulted and ridiculed then STAY AWAY! The employees in this branch are EXTREMELY rude and callous. Especially the lady who seems to be in charge. I’ve been here twice and every time I end up feeling angry and insulted by how they treat customers. Unbelievable. I’d rather drive to the other end of town than come here. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen!

Great service! I wasn't sure if a valuable package had been delivered to my business, so I gave them a call and they spent several minutes hunting it down. Very friendly and helpful!

It was my first time sending a package so I had no idea what to do, the ladies at the desk were really helpful and quite nice. The office also offers a lot of services at a good price, I would definitely go there the next time I need to send something!
