United States Postal Service

I consistently use this post office whenever I need to buy stamps or send packages. I have never had a problem with this branch. There is usually never a long wait whether I go before or after work or even at lunchtime. The staff is always very friendly.

Completely horrible and incompetent drivers. I had an order from Amazon delivered on a Sunday and I'm pretty sure there was very few since they have a contract to deliver only Amazon packages on Sunday and these idiots couldn't get the address right luckily my elderly neighbors from over a block away were kind enough to bring it by and honestly at least 3 times a week we get someone else's mail I mean if I did my job half as bad as these fools I wouldn't have a job

What boggles my mind is how easily people talk badly about post office service. Not even CONSIDERING how hard they actually work. Having to memorize addresses, when many can be extremely similar with the the slightest detail of a difference. It takes extreme mental focus and organizational skills. And THEN the physical work after that. Treading through ALL kinds of weather. Mentally and physically exhausting for these people. I never worry about how soon my packages come, they come when the universe intends me to have them! Ya'll need some patience, understanding and discernment. Namaste~

"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" when it comes to SNOW IN PORTAGE, couriers don't believe in their own motto! It seems every other community in North West Indiana who still have mailboxes on the houses known as walk ups can get their mail delivered!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I don’t know why someone would be so mean and rude for no reason. Very disappointed.
