Beware of this location. An old lady by the name of Mary is clueless on how to do her job and completely incompetent. I needed to ship a cell phone internationally and came prepared with the address. In front of a room full of customers she told me the postal number I gave her was invalid and I had to be wrong. She gave it one more try to prove I was wrong and guess what? It was correct! Then she tried to tell me I couldn't insure the phone (yes I can) but corrected herself by saying I could insure only $100 (false). I told her another worker said I could get $200 automatically plus buy addition. She said that was wrong and wanted me to point out the person who said that. I did and guess what? I was right! Next she questioned me hardcore on whether or not the phone had a battery inside or outside the phone. I told her inside and she said " are you sure" in the rudest tone. Two other workers stepped in and assured her the battery way securely inside. Lastly, this lady attempts to put the customs document that clearly states that it was an iPhone and $value on the outside of the box. I told her anyone could see that and steal it. She said "well that's the way we do it" again rudely. I snatched my box as fast as I could and went right over to FedEx where it took 5 mins(not 30) plus they covered the description and $value. Don't waste your time with these folks.

Hope you enjoy standing in line. Employees are not shy of going on break while customers are waiting even when there is no one to replace them.

I'm tired of getting someone else's packages. It's only a matter of time that my packages get lost. Very undependable. Very lazy and uneducated. Especially the person that delivers to the south part of town.

Is the phone at this business always off the hook??? Or they just that lazy not to answer incoming calls for customers !!!! Terrible!!

I have been to this post office numerous times. Always had a great experience with the older clerks. I and my husband run a business, use USPS for shipping. We ship at least hundred packages via priority a week. The other day I stopped by to ask a question about getting one of my own packages that was about to ship out to an old address held there. The older clerk lady went to the back and asked a dark young male clerk. Door in the back was open and could see them, he flat out rolled his eyes, said ‘is she stupid? Tell her no’ I was so tempted to call him out on it but kept quiet and didn’t want to seem rude. This man has also give me attitude once when I went to go ask about our business address change and how to go around it. Again he rolled his eyes and respnded with call 1800. Sorry I expect more than a 1800 when I spend over 1000$ on usps shipping a month? The main supervisors and our mail pickup is great but this mans service not so great.
