The woman who took care me was very polite and helpful. Although she is overworked working from 330am to 630pm. The manager is such a jerk for leaving them short staffed to work by themselves a whole day just so he can get his bonus at the end of the year by saving money on staff. SHAME ON HIM!

Always had a great experience here. They deliver mail fast here then they do at the post office around the corner from me.

This place is worthless. Carriers don't do the jobs in a timely manner. They changed their number to a national call center.

The lady Sue or whatever at the front desk is disrespectful and rude. She definitely does not belong in the public area.

I wish I could do negative stars. Never have I ever been treated with such dismissal. The lady was so rude and unprofessional I don’t know how they let her work with the public. Seriously disgusted
