After seeing the 1 star reviews we were concerned with dropping off our direct mailers to help people save on car insurance in the area. We do a lot of mailing campaigns, and the staff at this post office were amazing! They were over the top helpful, and knew how to process the order. Very pleasant experience!

Just viewed a YouTube video where an employee of this P.O. assulted a photographer for doing what he is allowed to do, take pictures in Public area. The post office’s own Poster 7 which is their P.O. rules and regulations says it is ok to film in public lobbies etc.

The service appears to be deplorable here, but I saw a gentleman actually physically assaulted by the local postal inspector simply because he wanted to videotape his interaction with the staff. Pathetic. They should closet his branch down, as the staff don't respect the public at all!

This is truly the worst post office on the planet!!! If you go there BRING a big friend!!! You may need them... I would not trust them to send anything!!!!!

This branch needs to be shut down. Miss delivers of mail packages ect. Mail never arrived. I reskedualed a delivery even though I was home when they "tried" to deliver. I have cameras that show no effort was made. I am so pissed that lakestation is not handling it's own mail.
