US Post Office

If I could give this post office a lower rating than 1 star I would. You gotta call multiple times before someone will even pick up. Once someone does pick up there no help WHAT SO EVER. The mail they scan and say is getting delivered that day never gets delivered that or even makes it to my mail box. Been waiting on a very important piece of mail that should of been delivered a week ago still hasnt made it. When I do call this post office and someone FINALLY decides to answer they can't tell me where said piece of mail is. So I then ask them so what your telling me is you lost my mail and they claim and swear up and down they didn't lose but they can't seem to tell me where said mail is. Sounds lost to me.

If I could give them 0 I would. I have had packages returned 2 times now. I have spent hours trying to call them while at work and no one seems to answer. I work 2 jobs and do not have time to go into their office. What is the point to having a phone if you do not answer?!

Early lunch and late starts. The staff ignores the operating hours listed. They work whenever they want to work.

So I arrive few mins before post office opens, waited out in cold and Post Office door would't open. Had to call post office phone number, and lucky me someone answered and then opened the front door after a little while. Thank you. Now it is past opening time. I dropped off a package and left. Now after 12 Hrs, package is still not scanned in the system. Not sure if employee threw it in the garbage mad being called to open the door past opening times or I don't know. Real disappointing performance, how could post office stay in business like this.

Constantly delivers packages/mail to the wrong address. We get the wrong mail and our stuff says it's been delivered but it goes elsewhere. Then the post office won't pick up their phones so you're just SOL and hope the person getting your package does the right thing and returns it to you.
