Best trauma center anywhere! Super fast, super efficient ER staff. Son was there after a car wreck. Great place to be treated!!!

Terrible service and the worst people I've ever delt with. Absolutely NO compassion for any patient. This place should be shut down. I wouldn't take my dog here..

Hands down the best care I have ever received in an ER. They did not stop until they got answers. The nurses and Drs there are heroes. Dr Grace and Karen are amazing. Thank y’all so much!

Very, Very unprofessional!!! Could've cared less if patient lived or died! The Nurse made one sorry excuse after the other!!! UL use to be a good hospital, they've gone downhill!!!!

SOME OF THE ER NURSES ARE UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! STAFF WILL WALK RIGHT PAST YOU WITHOUT ASKING IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AND YOU HAVE TO PRETTY MUCH BEG FOR UPDATES ON FAMILY

Worst hospital and patient care ever. Twice my college aged daughter has been left in a hallway for hours with no care. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I would go to another state before sending her here again!

They were crowded and stretched to capacity. They had every room filled and every space in the hallways. Yet the emergency room staff were efficient and caring. They did a great job.
