I had this system for about a yr but when I couldn’t pay for it because of dr bill & less income, the lady there became unglued & screamed at me. It has been disconnected since the wires to the unit has been cut in order to return it to them. I was tricked into this contract & they continue to bill me even tho I can’t pay. Don’t get involved w these ppl unless u can pay 3 yrs. which is excessive. What can I do? I’m hearing impaired, can’t see & needed glasses in the beginning of the contract & didn’t realize what I was signing. I’m 74 yrs old & need input from anyone. I can’t afford a lawyer right now. Thnks Barbara

They have my vote from this point forward. The alarm system is very easy to use, but also effective. I've tested it out on one of my relatives and it gave them a really good scare! Safe to say this alarm system is "alarming!"

They enforced a professional installation from start to finish. The technician showed up on time and brought the essential materials required to install my alarm system swiftly. I would recommend them with confidence.

I HAVE MULTIPLE SYSTEMS WITH THESE GUYS . WISH I HAD NEVER HEARD OF US ALERT. GOES OFF IN THE MIDDLE OFTHE NIGHT ON FALSE ALARMS WAKING ME UP ,NOW THE CITY HAS GIVEN ME A CITATION FOR FALSE ALARM AND WHEN ASKED THEM IF THEY WOULD PAY IT AND THEY SAID IT WAS ON ME. PLUS THEY WONT FIX IT. ALSO ONE OF THEIR INSTALLERS CALLED ME SIX MONTHS LATER AND ASKED TO BORROW GAS MONEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY MUST HIRE THESE GUYS THAT DONT KNOW MUCH THATS WHY THEY DONT PAY THEM ENOUGH TO BUY GAS, HE STILL WORKS FOR THEM AFTER THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN FIRE HIM. ALSO THEIR WORK IS SECOND RATE THEY PUT MY MAIN PANEL IN THE GARAGE IN THE HOT WATER ENCLOSURE THAT GETS TO BE MORE THAN 140 DEGREES .THE PANEL DOOR IS WIDE OPEN THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT A LOCK ON IT.AFTER THEY LEAVE AND YOU REALIZE YOU DIDNT GET A OPERATION MANUAL ON HOW IT WORKS THEY EMAIL YOU A 88 PAGE MANUAL,THEY DONT EXPLAIN HOW TO OPERATE THE SYSTEM THEY WERE IN A HURY TO GO HOME. JEREMY YOUNG IS THE OWNER I LEFT MESSAGES TO CALL ME BUT NO LUCK. AFTER HE READS THIS MAYBE HE WILL!
