2nd purchase in about 7 years and I’m completely satisfied, once again. My bedroom set is gorgeous and fits my room/home perfectly!!! The delivery was on time, friendly and efficient! I will be returning for more beautiful furniture for my home!! Would recommend to anyone!!
Want to thank Mr. Arnold Austin for his patience. I showed up a lot and he was kind and pleasant each time. I know I drove him crazy , but his he made me feel comfortable and his kindness was greatly appreciated. My experience was awesome.

We came in for the recent sale, We purchased an electric reclining leather sofa and chair, the experience was great. Mya did a great job of helping us pick out a wonderful set and she was very patient with us. The delivery team was punctual and did a great job getting everything set up safely. The leather appears to be a good quality, this is an extremely comfortable set, we look forward to enjoying this for years.
The two gentlemen Shamar and Melvinthat delivered our purchase were very professional and courteous. I knew from their call informimg me that they were on the way I would be pleased with their service due to how pleasant they were. Not only did they exhibit professionalism and kindness but they had our purchase put together thoroughly and expeditiously. Prior to leaving they made certain we were pleased and cleared all boxes and debris. Best services we have received on the past two years!
If you are looking for a quality product and pressure free shopping you must stop by Value City Furniture in Pineville. I have seen a few reviews that imply that they were assisted by a pushy sales associate. That was certainly not my experience. Jeff was my sales associate. Upon entering the store, he asked if I wanted to freely roam through their bedroom suite collection or if I wanted him to tag along. I opted for freedom and he freely allowed me to wander through the section. Understanding the customer's requests and needs are essential to excellent customer service.

No one answers the phone. Install done. I forgot king size beds come with two box springs. I ordered one. My fault. I placed 2600 dollar order. I asked 150 delivery fee waived for second box spring. Customer service declined. I paid 300 dollars just to get a second box spring. The installers were great. Second bad experience on the phone with customer service. Next bed will be bought elsewhere once this transaction was done. 1 bed 3000 3 calls 1 install. Review increased as the install was smooth.
I had an exceptional visit with Jeff, Keshia, and Arnold.Due to ongoing health issues I was able to exchange my new couch for The Best Lift Chair, including heat, massage, and lays flat to sleep in. They treated me like family. All of them went exceedingly above and beyond my expectations. Please go and check the South Blvd, NC store and see for yourself. Thanks for all you all did.
