I've seen a few metal shows here including Exhumed and Morbid Saint. The floor area just past the bar is excellent for moshing, watching the band, and fans get a great one to one view of the band from almost any spot. Upstairs is a small balcony and sitting area with nice views of bands too. The sound is great for the local bands and metal bands I've seen. I've always had good experiences with the friendly staff at the entrance before shows or when purchasing drinks. I prefer Vaudeville to Wooly's despite it being smaller.

Checked this place out for the first time last night (Josh Rouse show). Perfect place for great music gigs! Small space with nice people and good music quality! Definitely coming back more often!

IGOR & Audio Curve Didn't disappoint!! The man I thought I loved & I took his beautiful 13 yr old daughter to see them play that night.

Firsr time here, showed up with some friends for the VHS Roadhouse showing of 'Never Too Young to Die.' I liked the intimate atmosphere. Felt like you were at home watching this awful movie on a projector with a bunch of friends who also thought it was awful. Definitely will come back for more of those.

I don't go here as often as I used to, but what can I say? I will always have a soft spot for these, my old stomping grounds. The women's restroom has been freshened up with a coat of paint and irreverent art work. I am told the men's restroom is kind of a dump, though. Arrive early and get the best seat in the house: in the balcony.
