Venice Recreation Center

Venice Beach has to be my favorite beach right behind Santa Monica. Just like Santa Monica, it has lots of different things to see. It is different from Santa Monica though! Lots more choices and variety when looking for places to eat. They also have lots of places to buy t shirts and other souvenirs. One of my favorite things is all the sports being played along the beach. Very active and fun location! Especially Muscle Beach!

If you ever been here what can you really say about it it seems it’s never changed but it’s changing all the time if you know what I mean it is a tourist destination which is pretty cool you just got to blend in shop a little A little bit of food watch the entertainment and watch the tourists moving around so quickly it’s exciting even for the locals. Parking is a little bit hectic but I will tell you it has improved 100% in my opinion it’s organized they’ve made it possible to park in the past frustration would lead you to move On with your party to go somewhere else because it is taking too long I think it’s resolved it still takes a little bit of effort just keep in mind it’s a tiny place with a whole bunch of people give it a chance have some fun.

Great shopping, food and the beach was a great time. We we're fortunate to find a free parking space in a residential area that was less than 100 yards from the boardwalk. Most parking areas were $20-$30 for the day. Eight of us total from Ohio and the day at Venice Beach was AWESOME!!!

Just a fun place to walk around in and soak the unique local vibe. I really enjoyed the amazing skateboarders and watching insanely ripped people work out, or watching the locals play paddle-tennis and basketball. Also check out the speedy new electric scooters available to rent using an app. They looked like a lot of fun. Also look out for those who are renting them, but probably should not be!

If you don't want to enjoy the Venice Boardwalk outside, you can also enjoy some recreation inside. You can come visit this place to have some fun. We only visited a couple of minutes, but it seemed like fun
