Losing my trust in this location. Multiple times, I've shown up for my appointment, only to find out they running at least 30min behind. Today, I showed up for my 10am appointment, only to find out that my appointment was never actually written down. It wasn't until 10:45 that they approached me and told me they couldn't get my car in because they were overbooked. They then proceeded to blame a manager from another location for overbooking them.  Jon has done a phenomenal job on trying to keep his customers happy.... But this is just starting to get ridiculous...

My windshield wipers weren't working and thought I needed a new motor.  Staff could have simply sold me one but, instead, inquired what I was experiencing.  They asked if they could take a look and sure enough they discovered an ice buildup underneath the plastic piece at the base of my windshield.  Thank you!

Went in because my windshield wipers weren't working.  They got me in right away and Bryan did the work on my car.  He came out and showed me the part that was broken and had it fixed in half an hour. The work was very reasonably priced.  Would definitely go back again!
