Vital Outdoors

This is such a nice store with top-quality brands and lots of sales. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. My husband and I both purchased waterproof hiking shoes for a trip to Scotland and were impressed with the customer service. We had a great trip to Scotland and loved the shoes we bought! Thank you Vital Outdoors!

After waiting for roughly 15 min at REI for an employee to pay attention to I decided to check out Vital Outdoors. They were really patient and offered me honest and practical opinions with each option they showed me. After the first visit I wanted to sleep on my decision. A couple days later I called ahead to see if they would hold a pair of boots in my size to pick up the next day. They were happy to help with no questions asked. Thanks again Vital Outdoors!

Super nice store and awesome staff. Their selection of tents, sleeping bags/pads, backpacks, and campsite gear is pretty sick. Top of the line gear. They pretty much have every thing you need to camp. Highly recommend this place!

I grabbed some shoes and shorts to get my basics for getting into hiking. The staff was extremely helpful and they helped me with all my questions and got me sorted. The shoes were great and I came back to get a backpack and some other things I realized I needed. Madison was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you all!!

REI is a great store but it can be super overwhelming going in there and can be a hassle to get an employee to help you in a reasonable amount of time. Head to Vital! The staff is super knowledgable about their gear and friendly. Vital always has the newest and best gear, and their customer service is amazing. If you have any issues with gear you've purchased there or somewhere else, they'll absolutely help you out. Alec and the whole team own and use the gear they sell, so you know you'll get honest gear opinions. Shopping there is also great because you're helping to support a local business!

Vital Outdoors is an excellent store for all your outdoor and hiking needs. Cody was super helpful and patient while we tried on boots and gear and he also made great product recommendations. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

The staff and store is amazing. We came in looking for shoes and walked out with enough to keep us busy for spring. Looking forward to coming back here for all our future outdoor purchases! Will recommend to everyone to stop in!

This place has some of the most friendly and helpful staff! Especially Brooke and Cody who helped me find the perfect fit for my backpacking trip this weekend. The store was super clean and the merchandising was on point!
