Waste Management - Forest Park, GA

Terrible!!! Trash hasn't been picked up in two weeks and when you call, the automated system says that your address has been serviced. All lies!!! If you don't want to do the job, then quit! It's ridiculous to pay for scheduled services and have to constantly call because they didn't pick up. But when you call they tell you the computer shows they picked up at the address. Lies and people getting paid for unworked hours. Would never recommend them as a trash pick up service.

This is Vickie with Royal Flush Plumbing 996 Mount Zion Road Morrow Ga 30260 My Garbage has not been picked up since 03/09/17 I have countless hours on hold trying to get service I get no return phone calls from Supervisors, Rout Supervisors wont call me or come out Have ask for the District Manager to call me none of my concerns or phone calls have been addressed! This is now become a health concern and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, Health Department, News Team Investigators, It is ridiculous that a company of your size operates so ineptly and the Public needs to be made aware of your NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
