4 days late. My trash was supposed to be picked up Friday. Still no pickup, no call and I’m unable to reach anyone on the phone. Horrible service!!! I’m looking for a new company!!

I have always found Waste Management to be reliable but costly. I use them because they pick up recyclables. But I recently received a garbled message about my pickup day being changed. And I can't get in touch with anyone to find out what day to put my trash out. Everyone else in my neighborhood uses a cheaper company, but the don't do recycling. But I'm going to start researching a better and cheaper alternative.

When reviews are right, they're right. Just tried calling. Someone picked up. Then they hung up on me. Amazing that companies like this can stay in business.

This is Vickie with Royal Flush Plumbing 996 Mount Zion Road Morrow Ga 30260 My Garbage has not been picked up since 03/09/17 I have countless hours on hold trying to get service I get no return phone calls from Supervisors, Rout Supervisors won't call me or come out Have ask for the District Manager to call me none of my concerns or phone calls have been addressed! This is now become a health concern and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, Health Department, News Team Investigators, It is ridiculous that a company of your size operates so ineptly and the Public needs to be made aware of your NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
