Today my daughter and I went to move bags and such no furniture out of 155 Lincoln ave and we were unloading the elevator and the person that was looking after the building proceeded to tell my daughter that she could not move her stuff out of the front of the building so I went in and let her know that there was mice droppings everywhere in that apt and also a dead mouse she told me to clean it up I told her I don't think so it's not my problem she then proceeded to tell me that it was not the landlords problem either other tenants have the same problem with mice The person on duty told me that I would not be allowed to to get the rest of my daughter's stuff I let her know that we will see about that and if I parked where I was parked in the fire route to load her stuff that she would call bylaw I told her to go right ahead I will in and out before they get there fyi we parked in visitors until we were ready to load up and leave

The only public office that does NOT accept credit card rent payments! Nowadays, credit cards are accepted almost every where, and at all public offices, except this office!

Why is it that Public Housing is the only place that does not provide 24hr property management/superintendent on the complexes the are in charge of. With the violence, garbage, lack of respect for property and rules and fellow tenants, housing across Canada has become one of the most dangerous places to live. Why is it that every other housing corp. in Canada will provide proper management, maintenance and supervision for the properties and their tenants, while Canada can not. What exactly do all the employees at housing do, every complex in this region has been neglected from supervision and is riddled with crime and garbage
