I THOUGHT HOUSING MEANT PROVIDE SHELTER FOR HOMELESS..ALSO CHILDREN GO TO VISIT AT THE APT BUILDING..NEVER SHOULD ANY APT BUILDING HAVE A SAFE CONSUMPTION SITE WHETHER IT BE LOW INCOME OR ANY LEVEL OF INCOME..I HAVE NO PROBLEM PUTTING MY NAME TO THIS IT IS ROBERT FLEMING..AKA COWBOY BOB AS I AM KNOWN BY MANY.. my god what are you guys doing taking apartments from the homeless to acommate the drug addicts how rude is that your have always said you cared about you tenants well the truth has come out admit it you dont care as you say you guys are funded for nothing that will stop get a grip help the homeless starving people who need housing and your doing the shame on you lets take your home for a safe comsumpion place sick sick sick and living in shelters to wait on what your ok to live there remember one thing its the govrnment who pays these peoples rent so get with the program be who you say you are so u now cater to drug addicts how nice NOT im not hiding my name either lived in london housing for 10 years saw 2 muders drug related what about those peope;s family how dare you do this gotta love the website showin 580 not likly place is cockroch haven the rocjes live there not tenats so bad they need to clean it up they get govnrment grant for what nothing i think the place is a hell whole i know i lived hter for 10 yrs and heard about 2 murdeds due to druf what next pick you heads out of your asses and get with the program i think news mdedia will love this

Terrible for maintaining building (repairs) Walnut street apartment only has one working elevator .been like that for 7 months.
