Not very helpful initially. When I called to get an appointment with intake they tried to tell me the only way was if I attended a workshop which explains basically everything I've been doing for the last year. I pointed out how much of a waste of my time and their money that is if I don't need to be told things I've already been doing for the last year just so I can speak to somebody one on one. But fortunately he was able to get me an intake appointment instead of me having to go to that thing. So I'm at least glad of that. It remains to be seen how helpful they are when it comes to actually assisting me with finding a place.
