West Newton Bicycle Shop

The people there are knowledgeable and honest from what I have experienced. This place has a small choice in bikes but what they have will probably meet 80% of people's need. This is also very convenient because it is right on the walking trail. You can go upstairs and eat or drink while you like is getting repaired.

Best customer service anywhere. Very unusual anymore to find a business that honestly cares about the customer- Jericho ( hope I spelled that correctly) is fantastic at fixing any problem quickly and courteously I recently had my new bike fall off the rack on my car and they repaired it as good as new in less than 1 day - and even cleaned it so he could inspect for further damage. I would recommend this shop as the best I have ever dealt with- just excellent people all around !!

I've been to every bike shop from Pittsburgh to Philly to Ohio. Sure the big chain places are cool but supporting local & family owned is important. Not to mention the personalized service you get! Floyd and the guys can get you any bike you want and fast, if they already don't have it in stock.. Their service is also very fast and there's not one thing they can't fix. I'd recommend them to anyone and have.

I am a cyclist from Tampa, in town visiting our son and daughter in law. Decided to rent a recumbent from these guys. Glad I did. They were very accommodating, even swapping out their pedals for mine (cleats) and making their water fountain back in the shop available for my water bottle. The ride was great and trail very good, and with their store having direct trail and parking access, what could be easier? These guys know their stuff. Clean and well-organized bike shop, lots of great bikes on display and real cyclists to answer your questions. Definitely worth five stars.
