On the bike trail, most everyone is smiling and happy. I took two daughters and pointed that out to them. Do you know why? Because exerciser and outdoors are the two best anti-depressants there are. It's a really nice, paved trail. Slight hills and nice and cool under the canopy for most of the way. We didn't make it to the end, but I hear there's a restaurant there, or at least some snacks. Wish I lived closer, would go more often. We did not rent or make any purchases there.

This review is for the bike trail (I have not rented a bike from the facility at the trailhead). The bike/hike/walking/running trail is approximately 7.5 miles (in one direction) - about 15 miles out and back. The trail is rolling with a couple places that are steep but short. It can be a nice change from the fairly flat rails to trails bike paths. The trail rolls through stands of trees, past fields/meadows, and a few of the Moraine State Park recreation areas. The are frequent views of the lake. There are some semi-blind curves so be careful of folks walking/riding on the wrong side of the trail.

Always a plesent experience. Boyob (bring your own bike) or rent. They have some tandem bikes for adults and adult/child ones to pedal together as well as various other types of bikes.

Paved trail that DOES NOT LOOP. If you go out all 7.5 miles, you must go all the way back. Beautiful, beautiful scenery and a few rolling hills...easy to navigate.
