Quality of service has reduced drastically after they changed locations. The technician I had to deal with was completely unaware of what he was doing. Had very limited knowledge of the working of a motherboard and eventually ruined my computer. Majority of the technicians know what they are doing but I had to deal with someone who had minimal knowledge and would not accept their mistake. They say they performed "diagnostics" on my computer but when I inquired about the parts that are functioning fine on my computer, they had no clue!

Super nice, helpful employees (M.C. was the technician who helped me). Fixed my MacBook keyboard in 10 minutes. Had a little trouble finding their new location ... Google maps puts the new location about 1 block east of true location on 45th.

I dropped off my laptop two weeks ago, was told that it would be fixed in “a few days” and that my warranty would cover it. I called today and they told me that it was still not fixed, and that now it was going to be $600 to fix. The staff was very rude and super unhelpful with the whole situation.

The people really make this place fantastic. They are all eager to help, and patient. They are also knowledgeable with their work. Definitely going back here with any problems I have!

They charged me only 40$ for fixing my screen. Great staff and great service. I highly recommend you to fix your computer at this spot
