Access Medical Equipment

I have always enjoyed Access Medical. I've had good service. However, I highly disagree with my checkout experience. I was referred there for a wrist brace. It's a good one; the price was high from my research but I bought it because of past experience. I paid for a $29+ and tax for the brace. My receipt was then stamped twice with a red stamp that read: FINAL SALE, No Returns and No Exchanges. Why was I not told BEFORE the purchase? I would not buy it for that price since I'm sure it's not defective until I use it. I am disabled and can't purchase things without at least a 30 day warranty. I'm sure they have a reason. I understand that. But don't stamp it after it's paid. That is unfair to customers.

I've dealt with a few medical equipment companies thus far thus year. I have to say evrytime I call Access someone has answered the phone and quickly told me if they had what I needed. They have been friendly and even reserved a scooter for me until I could get there because of death in family. It is further away than I desire but because of this good customer service it may be worth the travel versus convenience. I may be switching CPAC orders as well bc the company I have currently been using was brought out and they are rude and seemingly unorganized, plus do not return calls. Hope this works out

Lovely staff at Access Medical Equipment ! Samantha & Nikki were on top of things with my CPAP machine and provided the perfect mask after the 1st one didn't fit as well as I would have liked it to have. I highly recommend Access for all of your CPAP needs and tell Samantha and Nikki I sent ya ! :

If you’re a CPAP user, I can personally recommend Access Family Pharmacy DME on Hixson Pike! The CPAP store is right next door to the pharmacy and Melissa will be glad to help you! She is one of the kindest people I have ever met; a very caring lady! I can also recommend the pharmacy. They have all kinds of good quality medical equipment such as knee supports, wrist supports, and other equipment and their pharmacists can compound medications for you or offer quality recommendations!
