When it was determined that our grandson needed glasses, we took him to Eye Care Associates and Dr. Sanders no relation and he put him at ease as he worked the process of getting glasses the first time. Since then, the office has been amazing as we have been "blessed" to break a few pairs of glasses as many 10 year old's will do. They have been easy to work with us and have been very reasonable in the price as we have replaced some frames.
I have been seeing Dr. Jaworski for over 10 years. He has been wonderful to work with, his staff is caring and efficient. They have covered my glass warranties more than once when I've broken glasses. I anticipate remaining a customer for many years to come. Highly recommend!
Terrible. Any doctor can come and do the whole better now how about now routine. This company treated me like just another number. I have insurance and called ahead and they said I would be completely covered for my contact and glasses exam, ask again when I get there, and asked if I owed before I left after the exam. Nope all good, take care. Then they call two hours later saying I needed to pay a contact fitting fee, said everyone charges for this that insurance won't cover it. I told her I have never been charged this before and called around and everyone I called doesn't charge for it either. I told her this and she basically called me a liar and said they would not release my prescription till the bill was paid. Well I paid it and I hope they use it wisely because they will not get another dime of my money or my business. They are unprofessional and care more about the bottom dollar and being crooked than about the individual. I will forever take my business else where and would suggest that you do the same.
My husband had a bad car accident in the late 70's. Every eye doctor, but Dr. Jaworski, told him he'd be blind the rest of his life. Dr. Jaworski treated him. My husband sees differently than most, but he does see!! Not to mention my weird eyes. I am very near sighted and have very bad astigmatism. The one hour glasses places - they never get my prescription correct and lenses never sit correctly. That causes me major headaches! I have been going to Dr. Jaworski since 2001. We both LVE Dr. Jaworski and Ms. Deborah I hope your name spelled correctly. Sorry if it isn't!! They are always at the top of the game in technology!! We will not go anywhere else!! And that is saying a lot because we live out of state!! We make special arrangements to see him and him only!!
This was the top of the list of providers for our vision insurance so this is where I sent my husband to get new glasses he desperately needed. He got progressive lenses for the first time after spending years taking his glasses off to read or eat. I really thought this would be the answer to our prayers. When he got his first pair he told the women up front that he couldn't see well out of them at all and he sent them back because the frame was falling apart to start but she assured him he didn't know how to see through progressive lenses. This frame should have never been sold she said, pick something else. Upon receiving his second pair he stated the same thing, he couldn't see. He was told he just didn't know how to see. He went back 3 times telling them they were wrong and they told him there was nothing wrong. Well this was 1 yr ago and he has dealt with this, even getting to where he couldn't drive very well at night and started using his safety glasses that his company provided to him. He went to renew his driver's license on Tuesday and couldn't pass the vision test until he came home and got his safety glasses. On top of having great insurance we paid out over $300 for the first pair and now we are having to pay another $250 for new lenses. These people were not only completely wrong about his vision but they were rude and didn't listen to their patient. I even began to think my husband maybe just couldn't see. This practice not only robbed my husband of his money and benefits but robbed him of his ability to see clearly for over a year. I wouldn't waste my time in this office or the other location located at Memorial hospital. I noticed today on my vision plans web page that they are no longer listed as a premier provider for the insurance company, being another reason we had chosen them to begin with.
I love Dr jaworski. He is so personable and gets you in and out without all the loggigagging around. I used to go to a place in Soddy that would dialate my eyes every single appointment. Here there is no need for that! He really does care for his patients and I will never go anywhere else
Really feel he is ripping seniors off. Said I needed a mri wouldn't give me results over the phone, I worried all week they said I needed to come in to get results, which could have been given over phone since nothing was wrong, then charged me 40.00 dollars for office call to just hear results!! Made me even wonder if I needed the Mir at all. Beware
Rachel scratched my sons glasses then denied it. We were in the office trying to get the issue resolved when they closed for lunch basically pushing us out the door. Issue wasnt resolved. Rachel yelled at me across the office and continued to lie. I will never do business here again.
Office staff are great. The Dr's are very helpful and caring with their patients.
Great place and the Doctor is awesome to work with. He does listen to you and try to find the best solution to your problem.
